    Taking care of your Ela Roxer jewelry is simple. Just wash it with water and neutral soap, then dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain its shine and durability.

    What materials are used in Ela Roxer jewelry?

    Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel and 925 sterling silver. Many of our pieces are plated with 18K gold using an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technique, which enhances durability and ensures long-lasting shine.

    Each product description includes detailed material information, so we recommend checking it before purchasing.

    Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

    Yes! Our jewelry is made with nickel-free, high-quality materials, making it safe for sensitive skin and designed for all-day comfort.

    Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?

    Absolutely! We use premium stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating, ensuring that our jewelry is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and suitable for daily wear—yes, even in the shower, at the gym, or at the beach.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We provide free shipping within the U.S. and free worldwide shipping on orders over $60. Some international countries may also qualify for free shipping.

    How long does delivery take?

    • United States: 5-12 business days

    • Europe & select countries: 5-24 business days

    • Other regions: Shipping times may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

    How long does order processing take?

    Order processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the order volume. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative options.

     


     

    🔄 Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible for a return:
    ✔️ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    ✔️ It must include tags and proof of purchase.
    ✔️ Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

    Can I exchange an item?

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your current purchase and placing a new order once your return is approved.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.

    Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.

    Do you ship internationally?

    What if my package is lost or delayed?

    Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. While delays due to traffic, weather, or customs clearance are rare, they may occur. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
